Luxe pendant lights hand-made by Artisans with perfect clear glass crystal, glass beads and metal details. Hide-a-Bulb ™ concealed light bulbs removes the hot spot and creates an even flow glow throughout the crystal. Hang inside at kitchen island, bedroom, living room or outside trees, gazebo, portico. Residential (home) or commercial (bar, café, restaurant), UL Listed mini bi-pin ceramic socket gives flexibility for your choice of low, standard or high voltage lighting and wiring, 12v to 250v range, 100 watt max. Each pendant comes with 69 inches of 1/4” Rod or 1/4” chain link and a ceiling cap with hardware. Additional rods, chain, crystal chain, crystal swag and other supplies are available to spec.

Full containers will ship direct to customer dc or drop ship to various locations from Wishing Lights dc.
A 60% deposit is required upon Purchase Order. The balance is due when product is shipped.

DOMESTIC FREIGHT
Pricing is FOB New Jersey or Connecticut distribution center.
Domestic shipping and freight to be arranged by Wishing Lights direct from port on full container load orders.
Domestic shipping and freight to be arranged by Wishing Lights direct from designated distribution center on LCL orders.
Typical Domestic freight charge will be 15-20% of the total order price, tbd at time of shipment.
Distribution services (short term storage and loading) for bulk shipment to one customer location included.
DC storage over 10 days is available and will be quoted separately.
Distribution services for drop ship to multiple locations is available, but quoted separately.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
The items are packed, drop tested and unbreakable. Please report any type of carton damage to the driver prior to signing and to Wishing Lights within 24 hours of delivery and do not discard the damaged item or the packaging. If you do not report the damage in this time frame, we are not able to file a claim with the carrier and will not be able to accept responsibility for the damage.
Upon notification, claims will be processed within 5 business days.
WARRANTY
Wishing Lights includes a 180 day manufacturers warranty. Neither Wishing Lights nor our suppliers or affiliates are liable for any indirect, special, consequential or incidental damages including, but not limited to lost profit, revenue, replacement costs, loss or damage of any kind.
RETURN POLICY
Custom orders are not returnable.
If product is damaged or defective, Contact us at customer@thewishinglights.com to return. Once authorized, a return label will be provided.
The following returns will not be accepted: Products that have been installed. Products that are not in original condition and packaging. Products that are made to order. 3 or more of the same product. A re-stocking fee of 25% may apply.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How does the Hide-a-Bulb feature work? Our fixtures utilize UL listed mini bi-pin ceramic sockets. The sockets are placed high within the cap of the fixture. Most compatible flood lights are not visible within the fixture. This adds value to the crystal fixtures by eliminating the ugly hot spot from the light bulb, creating a balanced glow from every vantage point. Other compatible bulbs with a side profile will be visible at the top of the lamp, but still significantly less intrusive than the typical hot spot of a pendant light.
How can the product be used indoors but also outdoors? Our special mini bi-pin socket works with low voltage, standard and high voltage bulbs and wiring. This means that you have flexibility to choose from 12v, 110v, 120v, 130v and all the way up to 250v bi-pin light bulbs. We like low voltage for landscaping and whatever you, your designer and electrician decide on for inside is your choice. Our lights are rated for inside or outside.
What do you mean by a combination of contemporary, eclectic and hand-made? The raw materials (faceted crystal, metal, etc) are manufactured to specifications. The crystals are then attached by hand with tiny wires. This is how we achieve the look of our eclectic design.
Can I change my order? Your order will be processed as soon as it is received. Changes or cancellations are not always possible. However, we will do our best to accommodate your wishes when possible.
If I return an item, when will my refund be provided and what are the fees? After shipping and restocking fees are applied, refunds will be posted within 10 days after receipt and inspection.

Do you offer discounts? Yes, we offer wholesale pricing for members of the trade including designers, architects and contractors who have presented appropriate credentials. We also offer volume discounts for container load orders. Please contact customer@thewishinglights.com.
Do you design and manufacture custom orders? Yes, we work with commercial, retail and residential customers to design bespoke/custom orders. We can manufacture to your specifications or provide design services and develop to your vision.
